Peace of mind for you, and your family.

A Will is a legal document which enables you to direct where your money, property, possessions and investments go after your death.  It is an important document which offers peace of mind and forward planning.

A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is a legal document that lets you (the "donor") to appoint one or more people (known as "attorneys") to help you make decisions or to make decisions on your behalf.

This gives you more control over what happens to you in the event that you have an accident or an illness and cannot make your own decisions (you "lack mental capacity").

A Power of Attorney is not just for senior citizens - it can be put in place at any age, for your own peace of mind.

Happy Elderly Couple.
